We believe that real estate investment should be accessible to everyone, so we decide to build an innovative model for real estate investment which allow everyone, from only 10 €, to invest in real estate and get royalties: a monthly rental yield. Our website propose crowdfunding offers for various properties acquisition. Each property will be divided into BLOCKS of 10 € each, and people would be able to buy a Block for 10 € without any incomes condition, capital down payment, and whatever your professional situation is. Those properties will be rented and manage by a property management company and owners Blocks will get rental yield every month. Our core mission can be summed up in four words: to make rental investment simple, fast, efficient, and accessible. For this, we can count on a team passionate about tech and real estate.
